Food for Meetings and Office Events

Choose savoury and meat platters for team lunches, individual snack boxes for conference attendees, or sweet platters and our Scone & Muffin Platter for meeting breaks. Check each product listing for its contents, quantities, current price and available options.

For larger functions or regular office orders, contact us ahead of time to confirm product availability and operational capacity. We do not promise capacity for every group size or automatically confirmed recurring orders.

Preset platters have fixed contents. Existing advertised flavour options remain available, but we do not offer customised platters, personalised platter selections or custom menus.

What to Include in Your Quote Enquiry

Please send your company name, contact person and contact details, function date, venue area, guest count, products required and budget where applicable. A guest count helps us understand the enquiry; quantities and availability must be confirmed before ordering.

Our quotations cover available food products and confirmed delivery or collection arrangements. We do not offer catering staff, serving equipment or grazing tables.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery is available across Cape Town seven days a week, subject to confirmation and operational capacity. Check our delivery areas page and confirm arrangements for your office or venue.

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before 10:00 AM, subject to availability and confirmation. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed because of routing, order volumes, traffic and operational circumstances. Please discuss arrangements ahead of time-sensitive meetings and events.

Collection from our home-based catering kitchen in Sanddrift, Milnerton is by prior arrangement. We do not operate a walk-in retail store.

Ordering and Payment
