Delivery Services

The Savoury Mama offers delivery services throughout applicable areas of Cape Town and surrounding locations.

Delivery is available seven days a week, subject to order confirmation, delivery capacity and service-area availability.

Our standard business operating hours are Monday–Friday 8 AM–4 PM, Saturday 8 AM–2 PM, Sunday 8 AM–12 PM. Delivery times may differ depending on scheduling, routes and order volumes.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10 AM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Orders placed after the cut-off may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Advance Orders

We recommend placing catering orders at least 24 hours in advance to allow sufficient preparation time.

Larger orders may require additional notice.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary according to the destination and order requirements.

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

Customers may request preferred delivery times when ordering.

We make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed arrangements, but delivery timing may be affected by traffic, weather, routing and operational circumstances.

Customers will be informed of significant delays where reasonably possible.

Collection

Collection is available by prior arrangement from our Milnerton, Cape Town location.

We operate from a home-based catering kitchen and do not have a walk-in retail store.

Collection instructions and the collection address will be provided once the order has been confirmed.

Incorrect or Delayed Orders

If an order is missing, incorrect, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us promptly.

We will assess the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
