11. Refunds and Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted.

This does not affect customers' statutory rights regarding defective, unsafe, incorrect or otherwise non-compliant goods.

Customers should contact us promptly if an order contains missing or incorrect items, damaged products or quality concerns.

We encourage customers to report food-related concerns within two hours of receipt, where practical, with photographs and order information.

This reporting period does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include replacement, correction, partial or full refund, or agreed store credit.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days.

12. Delivery Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

We make reasonable efforts to fulfil confirmed orders according to agreed delivery arrangements.

Traffic, weather, power interruptions, supplier disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances may affect fulfilment.

Where significant delays occur, we will endeavour to communicate with affected customers and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

13. Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date.

Occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, availability or promotional information.

Where an error materially affects an order, we will notify the customer and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

We will not impose additional charges without the customer's agreement.
